We recommend that all of our clients have a color wheel. A color wheel can be purchased at any paint store and is a valuable tool in developing colors that will enhance your chosen corporate color palette. On your color wheel you will see all of the primary colors. They are arranged in quadrants of color that place them in relation to one another in the color spectrum. In design, like-colors are obviously a good choice for color direction. According to color theory, harmonious color combinations use any two colors opposite each other on the color wheel, any three colors equally spaced around the color wheel forming a triangle, or any four colors forming a rectangle (actually, two pairs of colors opposite each other). The harmonious color combinations are called color schemes – sometimes the term 'color harmonies' is also used. Color schemes remain harmonious regardless of the rotation angle.
